What to do during an on-board inspection?
During an on-board inspection, passengers must open the app and show the travel ticket directly from the application. Showing a screenshot of the ticket is not allowed.
Any passenger who, for any reason (lack of credit, technical issues with the app, etc.), is unable to show the travel ticket through the app will be fined. If the passenger holds a pass, they must declare it at the time of the inspection and then visit the SAI Treviglio S.r.l. offices (via Abele Crespi 1992) to prove they actually hold it. If everything is in order, the fine will be cancelled upon payment of the processing fees only.
