General conditions of carriage
The general conditions of carriage for passengers include all regulations and operating rules of the local public transport service operated by S.A.I. Treviglio S.r.l.
Passengers must comply with these rules and with the instructions displayed on board and on this website, in order to maintain the safety and regularity of the service.
Carriage is governed by the fare regulations and transport regulations approved by the competent authorities. In case of infringement, the penalties provided by current legislation may be applied.
Passenger rights and duties
- Purchase and validate the travel document before or when boarding.
- Keep the ticket for the entire journey and show it on request by on-board staff.
- Follow the driver's and inspector's instructions.
- Do not disturb other passengers or damage the vehicle.
